Hoodoo App – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Hoodoo App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Hoodoo App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Hoodoo App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Use of the App
The Hoodoo App is intended to enhance your experience at Hoodoo Ski Area. Features may include: live weather and snow reports, trail maps and lift status, ticket and pass purchasing, event and activity updates, and push notifications. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Purchases
The Hoodoo App may allow you to purchase tickets, passes, and other services. All sales are subject to our purchase and refund policies, which are subject to change.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Hoodoo App—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the property of Hoodoo Ski Area or its licensors and are protected by law.
7. Privacy
Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimers
The Hoodoo App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hoodoo Ski Area makes no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoodoo Ski Area is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
10. Third-Party Links
The Hoodoo App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Hoodoo Ski Area is not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Updates and Modifications
We may modify these Terms or update the app at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept those changes.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Hoodoo App for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes shall be resolved in Oregon state or federal courts.
14. Food & Beverage Mobile Ordering – Text Ordering Status
By giving your phone number, you agree to receive an ‘order ready’ text. This is not an opt-in for future texting. We don’t use your phone number for anything else.

We may collect location data to provide location-based features like trail maps, lift wait times, or weather updates. You may disable location services in your device settings, but some features may not work as intended. - How We Use Your Information

The Hoodoo App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
- Third-Party Services
The Hoodoo App may contain links to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., ticket vendors or weather services). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before using those services.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in-app or by notification. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
