DESCRIPTION:Hoodoo’s Winter Carnival is the premiere event of the season and a day full of free activities. Winter Carnival has been a tradition at Hoodoo for decades and includes a number of free events (no lift ticket required): ax throwing booth\, frisbee golf\, musical chairs\, a three-legged obstacle race\, a team tube race\, a hula-hoop contest\, a fly-athalon\, a pie eating contest\, a ski javelin throw\, an archery contest\, a Hoodoo employee snow sculpture contest and bingo. The lifts are open 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Highlights include a special dinner menu\, the Dummy Downhill contest\, the annual torchlight descent and professional fireworks on the mountain. Plus enjoy live music by Tone Red from 5:30-8:30 pm in the lodge. \nDummy Downhill participants: Download and complete the registration form and submit it to the Hoodoo main office. \n  \nSchedule of Events\n\n10 am – Noon: Face Painting. First floor\, near the restaurant. \n11 am: Musical Chairs – Near patio area. No sign up needed. \n11:30 am – 12:15 pm: Hula Hoop Contest. Age groups: 6-9\, 9-12 and 13+. Near patio area. No sign up needed. \nNoon – 12:30 pm: Tube Contest. Near patio area. No sign ups needed. \nNoon – 1 pm: Frisbee Golf. Near patio area. DESCRIPTION:Hoodoo’s Winter Carnival is the premiere event of the season and a day full of free activities. Winter Carnival has been a tradition at Hoodoo for decades and includes a number of free events (no lift ticket required): ax throwing booth\, frisbee golf\, musical chairs\, a three-legged obstacle race\, a team tube race\, a hula-hoop contest\, a fly-athalon\, a pie eating contest\, a ski javelin throw\, an archery contest\, a Hoodoo employee snow sculpture contest and bingo. The lifts are open 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Highlights include a special dinner menu\, the Dummy Downhill contest\, the annual torchlight descent and professional fireworks on the mountain. Plus enjoy live music by Tone Red from 5:30-8:30 pm in the lodge. \nDummy Downhill participants: Download and complete the registration form and submit it to the Hoodoo main office. \n  \nSchedule of Events\n\n10 am – Noon: Face Painting. This event is great for seasoned skibikers and for those who have always wanted to try the sport. \nRegistration:\n$150 per person and includes two adult marathon lift ticket (9 am – 9 pm)\, one adult day lift ticket (9 am – 4 pm) and an event t-shirt. \nSkibike Festival schedule \nFriday\, March 6: Group ride\, jump demo and night light ride. \nSaturday\, March 7:  Skibike (Type ll) Grand Prix and Snogo or Trike (Type III) Grand Prix. Live music by High Step Society (5:30-8:30 pm). \nSunday\, March 8:  Skibike (Type ll) and Trike (Type lll) Single Track Enduro.
