2008-09 Event Calendar

April 4: Spring Fling Including pond skimming and races. Anycards will still be accepted. Use them up today and tomorrow  please.

April 4-5: 6th annual Snowbike Festival. The Snowbike Grand Prix will be held on Saturday, April 4, and a Giant Slalom will be held on Sunday, April 5. We'll have reps and demos from Geary, Stalmach, www.skibikefun.com and Shrombob Trophies will be awarded to the first three places in each race and to overall winners. End of regular season. Make sure you have used your Anycards by this time and any other seasonal discounts.  The end of most years is determined by when customers lose interest. Some years the end is determined by when it is no longer safe to ski. We always push to the first weekend in April if possible, but after that one of the two conditions (interest and conditions) above will determine the actual season end. No more night skiing for the season.

April 6 - 10: Closed midweek

April 11 and 12: Open Saturday and Sunday if conditions and interest are high. New snow near the end of the season has made Hoodoo staying open longer probable. It looks like the snow will be here, the question will be is the interest still high?

April 13 - 17: Closed midweek

April 18 and 19: Final two days of the 2008-09 season. See you next season! Check out the Hoodoo Recreation camping Web site for lots of fantastic campgrounds and RV sites in three National Forests!

November 27: Planned opening for 2009-10 Season.
